FRANCE'S LEWIS MODEL


 

The Lewis model classifies people into three models:

  • Active linear people, do one thing at a time, put a lot of focus on it, and do it within a scheduled period of time. These people think that this way they are more efficient and do more.
  • Reactive or listening cultures rarely initiate actions or discussions, preferring to first listen and establish the other's position, then react and formulate their own.
  • Multi-active people have big emotional plans, they tend to do many things at once, they also have unlimited body language and are constantly searching for the key person.

In my opinion the French belong to the group of multi-active people since they coincide with most of the characteristics of this model.
